Accomodations
--Forest Grove, OR is a delightful town.
--About 45 minutes from Portland, Forest Grove is famous for a giant antique car show in mid-July which will hopefully not overlap our stay there.
--If renting a car is not for you, then public transportation can get you to Forest Grove.
--While you can stay wherever you please, we are recommending the following places:
--McMenamins Grand Lodge
----Lots of character for cheap, kind of like a bohemian dorm with lounges and shared bathrooms, plus unique decor and a wide selection of microbrews.
--Best Value Inn
----Next door to Grand Lodge so you can have your own bathroom but don't have to miss out on all the fun.
--We are planning on hiring a shuttle to transport folks from the Grand Lodge/Best Value Inn to the wedding and back.

Transportation
-The best airport to fly in and out of is Portland International Airport (PDX), about an hour away from Forest Grove.
-Public transportation, as mentioned above, will take you from there if you wish.

The Weekend
-We are hoping to plan a weekend's worth of things to do, so you might want to come in Friday evening see various people at various times throughout the weekend. The wedding itself, however, will be Sunday afternoon, with the on site reception following shortly thereafter.
